Ruler v1.3 Modular; How to use the RULEr v1.3 to evaluate or validate modular contributions.
  • The RULER is a PMTM Model. This is a 2d or 3d first perspective observation.

Modular

Modular Contributions operate because the basic model enables that action. A perspective for an extensible application Has the assembled model, and some observation of gravity produced or understood. The Scientist make a rock or tray float. While showing this is true, and because of this factor of the model, I enable this to float. The science of the float is a module and might be called "anti gravity" and is validated against unchanging or hard to change factors of the environment understood with model. Validating a Modular or as Natural Phenomena
